Key Applications
High-Volume Irrigation: Excellent for feeding large-scale sprinkler networks or rapid irrigation of expansive land plots.
Large-Scale Reservoir Filling: Designed for high-speed filling of water storage tanks, cisterns, and irrigation ponds.
Industrial Cooling & Process Water: Reliable for circulating high volumes of process water in manufacturing environments.
Commercial Water Supply: Ideal for supplying high-demand facilities, such as large housing developments or community water grids.
General Dewatering: Effective for managing high water levels in sumps or large-scale drainage applications.
Installation and Use Notes
Piping: Use 3-inch, high-pressure rated industrial column piping. Because this pump is rated for a 30 m³/h flow, using a 3-inch pipe is mandatory to prevent back-pressure, which could otherwise reduce the pump’s efficiency and strain the 7.5HP motor.
Electrical Protection: Use a professional-grade 3-phase control panel with thermal and over-current protection. Ensure that electrical cabling is properly gauged for the depth of installation to prevent voltage drop and overheating.
System Monitoring: The installation of a dry-run protection system (electrode-based) is highly recommended to protect the pump from cavitation and overheating during low-water conditions.
Installation Requirements: Given the larger 6-inch bowl size, ensure the borehole is clean and clear of debris. Use professional lifting equipment and a high-strength safety cable during installation, and finish all cable splices with resin-filled, waterproof kits.
