Key Applications
Large-Scale Agricultural Irrigation: Designed for high-efficiency flood irrigation and rapid supply to large field irrigation networks requiring a significant 14 m³/h throughput.
Community & Public Water Supply: Ideal for supplying water to large residential clusters, small townships, or public parks where demand is consistent and volume-heavy.
Industrial Cooling & Process Water: Reliable for cooling tower operations and high-volume water transfer in manufacturing facilities where medium-range lift is required.
Rapid Reservoir Management: Excellent for quickly replenishing large-capacity storage tanks, industrial cisterns, or community reservoirs.
Installation and Use Notes
Piping: Use 2-inch high-pressure rated HDPE or GI column piping. To ensure the full 14 m³/h flow capacity is realized, it is critical that the internal diameter of the piping remains unobstructed to minimize frictional loss.
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel with thermal overload protection and a soft starter is highly recommended to manage the high-torque startup of the 4 HP motor and protect the system from power grid instability.
System Monitoring: Installation of a dry-run protection system (float switch or electrode sensors) is mandatory. Because this pump delivers a substantial volume of water, operating it without fluid will lead to rapid internal heat buildup and failure of the mechanical seals.
Installation Requirements: Use a high-strength, certified safety rope. Ensure the pump is installed in a clean, sand-free borehole to prevent premature wear of the internal impellers and to maintain optimal flow rates over the lifespan of the unit.
