Installation and Use Notes
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel with thermal overload protection and single-phasing/imbalance monitoring is mandatory. Calibrate the relay precisely to the motor’s Full Load Amperage (FLA).
Cooling Requirements: A minimum flow velocity of 0.15 m/s past the motor casing is required for effective cooling. A flow induction shroud must be used in larger diameter boreholes.
Handling: Always use the designated lifting eyes on the motor head for installation. Never support the weight of the motor or pump by the power cable, as this will damage the seal and void the warranty.
Cable Connection: All electrical joints must be performed using a professional-grade, resin-encapsulated submersible kit to ensure a permanent, watertight connection.
