Key Features
High-Torque Performance: Designed for a smooth, reliable startup, minimizing mechanical stress on the pump assembly.
Robust Sealing: Equipped with advanced multi-stage mechanical seals to prevent water contamination of the internal windings.
Durability: Built to withstand the harsh conditions of deep boreholes, including sand resistance and varying groundwater chemical compositions.
Precision Engineering: Standardized interface ensures a perfect, leak-free seal when coupled with 6-inch pump ends.
Installation and Use Notes
Electrical Connection (~SSJKT): This unit includes a Professional Submersible Splice/Jointing Kit. The resin-filling process is critical: ensure the joint is entirely free of air pockets to prevent moisture ingress. Use only the provided kit to maintain the motor's IP 68 integrity.
Control Panel Requirements: A 3-phase control panel with Star-Delta or Soft Starter is highly recommended for a 15 HP motor to prevent peak current spikes and mechanical shock to the system. Thermal overload protection is non-negotiable.
Cooling and Flow: To prevent overheating, ensure a minimum flow velocity of 0.15 m/s past the motor casing. If installing in a wide-diameter well, a flow induction shroud must be used to force water across the motor body.
Cable Integrity: Never use the power cable for lifting or lowering. Use a certified, high-strength safety rope or steel cable. Ensure the cable is secured to the piping at regular intervals to prevent damage during installation.
