Key Features
High-Load Capacity: Specifically built to handle the high-torque demands of high-head or high-volume 6-inch submersible pump ends.
Advanced Sealing: Features a multi-stage mechanical seal system, providing a robust barrier against groundwater contaminants, vital for deep-well longevity.
Optimized Electrical Efficiency: Precision-wound windings minimize energy loss and heat, ensuring stable performance during extended run-times.
Structural Integrity: Robust housing design protects the internal components from the high-pressure environments typical of deep-well installations.
Installation and Use Notes
Electrical Connection (~SSJKT): Provided with a Professional Submersible Splice/Jointing Kit. For a 25 HP unit, the precision of this connection is critical; ensure the resin-casting process is executed in a clean environment, free of moisture and air pockets, to guarantee a lifetime seal.
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel with Star-Delta or Soft Starter is mandatory to mitigate the high inrush current of a 25 HP motor. Ensure thermal overload and phase-imbalance protection relays are precisely calibrated to the unit's rated full-load amperage (FLA).
Cooling Requirement: A minimum flow velocity of 0.15 m/s past the motor casing is mandatory. In boreholes with large clearances, a flow induction shroud must be installed to facilitate adequate cooling and prevent premature thermal fatigue.
Handling & Safety: Use only the motor's lifting eye-bolts for installation with professional crane/winch equipment. Use a high-strength safety cable and secure the power cable to the piping at frequent intervals to prevent borehole wall abrasion.
