Key Features
Industrial-Duty Reliability: Engineered for continuous, 24/7 operation in high-demand municipal or agricultural applications.
Advanced Sealing Technology: Multi-layer mechanical seal protection prevents water ingress, safeguarding the stator and rotor even under high hydrostatic pressure at depth.
Efficiency-Focused Design: Precision-wound internal components reduce resistance and heat buildup, maximizing energy conversion for the 30 HP load.
Sand-Resistance: Robust external seals and housing design minimize abrasive damage, suitable for challenging borehole conditions.
Installation and Use Notes
Electrical Connection (~SSJKT): This motor includes a Heavy-Duty Professional Submersible Splice/Jointing Kit. Because a 30 HP motor draws significant amperage, the integrity of this joint is paramount. Use the provided kit to create a permanent, resin-encapsulated seal that is completely moisture-proof.
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel with Star-Delta or Soft Starter is mandatory. This is essential to prevent mechanical stress during startup and to safeguard the motor from electrical surges. Overload and phase-monitoring relays must be strictly calibrated.
Cooling and Flow: Maintaining a minimum flow velocity of 0.15 m/s past the motor casing is critical. For installations where the well diameter is larger than the pump assembly, a flow induction shroud is required to ensure consistent heat dissipation.
Handling & Safety: Given the weight of a 30 HP assembly, utilize professional crane or mechanical winching equipment. Attach a certified, high-strength safety cable to the provided lifting eyes. Never support the assembly by the power cable.
