Installation and Use Notes
Electrical Connection (~SSJKT): This unit is supplied with a Professional Submersible Splice/Jointing Kit. For a 7.5 HP motor, the electrical connection must be perfectly sealed; apply the resin according to the kit's instructions in a dry, clean area to ensure a long-lasting, moisture-proof bond.
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel equipped with thermal overload protection and single-phasing prevention is mandatory. Calibrate the overload relay strictly to the motor’s Full Load Amperage (FLA) to prevent winding damage.
Cooling Requirement: Ensure a minimum flow velocity of 0.15 m/s across the motor casing. If installed in a large-diameter borehole, use a flow induction shroud to ensure adequate water movement and temperature regulation.
Handling & Safety: Use only the lifting eyes on the motor housing for installation. Secure the motor lead cable to the column pipe at 3-meter intervals to prevent cable sagging or wall abrasion.
