Key Features
High-Capacity Industrial Duty: Engineered for continuous, 24/7 high-capacity water extraction in demanding agricultural, municipal, or large-scale industrial projects.
Advanced Load Management: The robust bearing architecture is tuned to handle the high-torque requirements of large-scale pumping operations.
Thermal Management: The internal liquid-filled design, combined with the high thermal mass of the casing, ensures efficient heat dissipation during sustained 100 HP cycles.
Structural Stability: Heavy-duty construction provides the necessary vibration dampening and mechanical rigidity required for deep-borehole performance.
Installation and Use Notes
Electrical Infrastructure: A professional 3-phase control panel with Star-Delta or Soft Starter is mandatory to safely manage high startup current.
Calibration: Ensure thermal overload and phase-imbalance relays are calibrated precisely to the motor’s Full Load Amperage (FLA).
Cooling and Flow: Maintaining a minimum flow velocity of 0.2 m/s past the motor casing is critical for heat dissipation.
Flow Induction: In large-diameter boreholes, a flow induction shroud is strictly required to guarantee forced water circulation.
Handling & Safety: Use professional-grade hoisting equipment and the motor’s heavy-duty lifting eyes. Secure all power leads to the column pipe at frequent intervals (every 2 meters) to prevent snagging or cable damage during installation.
