Installation and Use Notes

Electrical Protection: A professional-grade 3-phase industrial control panel with thermal overload protection is required. For a 15HP unit with a high stage-count, using a Soft Starter is highly recommended to manage startup torque and reduce mechanical shock on the pump shaft.
System Monitoring: The installation of a dry-run protection system (electrode-based) is mandatory to protect the 24-stage hydraulic stack from damage during low-water conditions or seasonal fluctuations.
Installation Requirements: The 24-stage assembly is significant in length. Use professional lifting gear and ensure the pump is secured with a high-strength safety cable. Ensure all electrical cable splices are completed using professional, resin-filled, waterproof kits, as even minor moisture ingress at these depths can lead to failure.
