Installation and Use Notes
Piping: Use 6-inch high-capacity, industrial-grade HDPE or flanged steel column piping. With a massive 125 m³/h output, reducing the discharge size will result in severe cavitation and structural damage to the piping system.
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel with Star-Delta or Soft Starter is mandatory. This protects the 40 HP motor from high-torque startup shock and manages the significant current draw of this high-capacity unit.
System Monitoring: Comprehensive sensor integration is required, including thermal overload relays, dry-run protection, and vibration sensors. At this flow rate, any disruption in water supply could lead to catastrophic equipment failure in seconds.
Installation Requirements: Installation must be performed using heavy-duty lifting equipment (crane/derrick). Due to the weight and diameter of the 6x10 assembly, ensure the borehole is perfectly plumb and clear. All electrical connections must be made using certified, heavy-duty, resin-filled submersible jointing kits.
