Key Applications
Residential Deep-Well Water Systems: Ideal for high-head extraction where water must be pumped from significant depths to supply villas, multi-story homes, or private estates.
Specialized Agricultural Irrigation: Suitable for localized, high-pressure drip or micro-sprinkler irrigation systems where precise flow is required for crops or greenhouses.
Pressure Boosting: Excellent for maintaining stable water pressure in residential complexes or commercial buildings with deep groundwater access.
Small Commercial Utility: Reliable for businesses requiring a steady, high-pressure water supply from deep-well sources.
Installation and Use Notes
Piping: Use high-quality 1 1/4-inch diameter, high-pressure rated column piping. Because this 3 HP unit is designed for higher head, piping must be capable of withstanding significant shut-off pressure.
Electrical Protection: For the 3 HP motor, a professional-grade control panel with a thermal overload relay and dry-run protection is mandatory. If using a single-phase model, ensure the control box is specifically rated for 3 HP startup current.
Backflow Prevention: A high-quality brass or stainless steel non-return valve (check valve) should be installed immediately above the pump discharge to prevent water hammer and protect the impellers from backflow damage.
Installation Requirements: Utilize high-tensile strength safety rope for deployment. All submersible electrical splices must be performed using a certified, professional-grade, resin-filled or heat-shrinkable jointing kit to ensure long-term, moisture-proof integrity.
