Key Applications
Deep-Well Agricultural Irrigation: Perfectly suited for large-scale farming where water must be lifted from deep aquifers and distributed across vast distances through pressurized irrigation networks.
Large-Scale Residential & Municipal Supply: Capable of fulfilling the massive water demands of high-density residential towers, industrial parks, or large-scale community water distribution grids.
Industrial High-Pressure Systems: Reliable for industrial cooling, processing, and large-scale facility water supply where consistent, high-pressure output is required around the clock.
Mining and Civil Engineering: Excellent for heavy-duty dewatering tasks in large excavation sites or mining operations where high head capability is essential.
Installation and Use Notes
Piping: Use 3-inch, high-pressure rated industrial column piping. Given the 20 HP output, pipe material must be verified for high tensile strength to safely manage the hydraulic thrust and weight of the water column.
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel equipped with a Soft Starter or VFD is mandatory to manage the high startup torque and protect the motor from electrical stress. Thermal overload relays and advanced dry-run protection systems are critical for this unit.
System Monitoring: We strongly recommend installing a pressure gauge and a flow meter to track the system's operational efficiency. Regular checks on motor amperage are necessary to ensure the unit remains within its designed performance envelope.
Installation Requirements: Due to the substantial weight of the 20 HP motor and the multi-stage 10-bowl assembly, professional-grade lifting equipment and a high-strength safety cable are required. All electrical splices must be performed using a high-quality, professional, resin-filled submersible jointing kit to guarantee a permanent, moisture-proof seal.
