Key Applications
High-Volume Irrigation: Optimized for large-scale agricultural irrigation, including flood systems, center pivots, and large-diameter sprinkler arrays requiring steady 60 m³/h flow.
Large-Scale Water Transfer: Highly effective for rapidly filling large-scale reservoirs, storage tanks, or balancing ponds for agricultural and industrial use.
Commercial/Public Utility: Well-suited for bulk water distribution in large park complexes, commercial landscaping, and public water supply networks.
Industrial Cooling & Circulation: Reliable for heavy-duty water circulation in industrial processing, cooling towers, and facility-wide water management.
Installation and Use Notes
Piping: Use 4-inch, high-pressure rated industrial column piping. Because of the 60 m³/h output, a 4-inch discharge is essential to minimize friction losses, improve hydraulic efficiency, and reduce unnecessary load on the 12.5 HP motor.
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel is required. Essential protection includes a thermal overload relay to prevent motor overheating and a reliable dry-run prevention system (using level sensors/probes) to protect the pump during water table fluctuations.
System Monitoring: Regularly monitor discharge pressure and flow rates. Any significant drop in pressure can indicate a blockage or a leak in the high-volume delivery line, which should be addressed immediately.
Installation Requirements: Use high-tensile strength safety cables to support the weight of the 6-inch pump assembly and motor. All underwater electrical splices must be performed using a high-quality, professional-grade, resin-filled submersible jointing kit to ensure long-term, moisture-proof integrity.
