Installation and Use:This 10 HP, 6-inch oil-filled submersible motor is designed for reliable operation in borewells where continuous duty cycles are required. The oil-filled design provides superior heat dissipation compared to water-filled motors, protects the stator windings from moisture ingress, and ensures continuous lubrication of the thrust bearing assembly. Critical

installation notes: The motor must remain fully submerged during operation to maintain proper cooling. Always pair with a compatible 6-inch pump bowl assembly. Use a properly rated control panel with thermal overload protection and a submersible cable of appropriate gauge (minimum 4–6 mm² depending on cable length and depth). Inspect for oil leakage at seals before lowering into the borewell. Never operate the motor dry, as this will cause immediate overheating and failure.
