Key Applications
Residential Water Supply: Ideal for deep-well domestic water extraction for villas, houses, and small residential clusters.
Small-Scale Irrigation: Perfect for home garden watering, small nursery irrigation, and greenhouse misting systems.
Pressure Boosting: Effective as a borehole-to-tank pump for maintaining consistent pressure in small home water networks.
Small Commercial Use: Reliable for boutique hotel or small shop water requirements where flow demand is moderate but vertical lift is significant.
Installation and Use Notes
Piping: Use 1-1/4 inch high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or galvanized iron column piping. Given the high head capability of this pump, ensure all piping joints are leak-free and pressure-rated.
Electrical Protection: Use a dedicated control box with a thermal overload relay and a start/run capacitor (for single-phase models). This protects the motor from voltage fluctuations and mechanical jamming.
System Monitoring: It is recommended to install a low-water cutoff sensor (float switch or probe) to prevent the pump from running dry, which is the most common cause of premature motor failure in domestic wells.
Installation Requirements: Use a high-quality nylon or stainless steel safety rope to secure the pump. Do not use the electrical cable to support the weight of the pump during installation or maintenance.
