Installation and Use Notes
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel equipped with thermal overload protection and single-phasing/imbalance monitoring is mandatory. Ensure the overload relay is precisely calibrated to the motor’s Full Load Amperage (FLA).
Cooling Requirement: A minimum flow velocity of 0.08 m/s past the motor casing is required. If the borehole diameter is significantly larger than the 4-inch motor, a flow induction shroud is recommended to ensure adequate heat dissipation.
Handling: Always use the designated lifting eyes on the motor head for installation. Never support the pump or motor assembly by the power cable.
Cable Connection: This motor is compatible with standard submersible flat cable. Ensure all electrical joints are created using a professional-grade, resin-encapsulated submersible kit.
