Key Features
Enhanced Reliability: Engineered for high-starting torque to ensure consistent pump startup under pressure.
Sealing Technology: Features advanced mechanical seal systems to prevent water ingress and protect internal windings from contamination.
Thermal Efficiency: Optimized winding design reduces thermal stress, allowing for longer operational cycles and lower energy consumption.
Compatibility: Standard NEMA mounting dimensions for seamless integration with high-head or high-flow submersible pump ends (like the ACSSF series).
Installation and Use Notes
Electrical Connection (~SSJKT): This motor is supplied with a Heavy-Duty Professional Submersible Splice/Jointing Kit. Use this kit to ensure a 100% watertight, permanent seal for the power cable connection. Improper splicing is the leading cause of motor failure; ensure the resin-filling process is free of air bubbles.
Electrical Protection: A professional 3-phase control panel equipped with thermal overload protection and single-phasing prevention is mandatory. This motor must not be operated without monitoring for phase imbalance.
Cooling Requirement: Ensure the motor is installed with a minimum flow velocity of 0.15 m/s past the motor casing to maintain adequate cooling. If the borehole diameter is significantly larger than the motor, a flow induction shroud is required.
Storage/Handling: When lifting the motor, use the provided lifting eyes only. Never use the power cable as a support or lifting tool.
