Application
Ultra-Deep Groundwater Extraction: Engineered specifically for extreme-depth boreholes where high vertical lift is required to reach the water table.
Mountainous Terrain Irrigation: Ideal for pumping water to elevated storage tanks or hilltop farms where standard pumps cannot overcome the pressure requirements.
High-Pressure Boosting: Suitable for long-distance water transfer lines or industrial systems requiring high discharge pressure.
Deep Aquifer Monitoring: Reliable for sustained, precise extraction from low-yield, deep-water sources.
Specialized Industrial Processes: Used in applications where small volumes of fluid must be delivered at extremely high pressure levels.
Installation and Use The ACSSF5/70 is an advanced 70-stage turbine pump designed for extreme vertical lift. With this high stage count, precision installation is mandatory to avoid shaft deflection.
Critical Piping Requirements: Due to the extreme shut-off head generated by 70 stages, you must use high-pressure rated column piping (e.g., Schedule 80 or reinforced steel) that exceeds the pump’s maximum potential pressure. Using lower-rated pipe will result in catastrophic failure.
Water Hammer Prevention: With high-head pumps, a robust non-return valve (check valve) is essential to prevent backflow and the "water hammer" effect, which can shatter impellers when the system turns off.
Electrical Protection: A 10HP motor at this depth is sensitive to voltage drops. Ensure cables are sized strictly according to the installation depth. The control panel must feature high-precision thermal overload settings and sub-surface dry-run sensors to protect the motor from cavitation.
