Key Applications
Domestic Water Supply: Ideal for deep-well extraction to supply private residences, villas, and small housing units.
Garden and Lawn Irrigation: Perfect for small-to-medium scale garden irrigation systems, providing consistent pressure for sprinkler heads and drip lines.
Small-Scale Agricultural Use: Suitable for small plots or greenhouses where low-volume, continuous water supply is required.
Pressure Boosting: Effective in small water distribution networks where modest flow at high head is necessary for reliable tap pressure.
Installation and Use Notes
Piping: Use 1 1/4-inch diameter piping. Ensure the piping is rated for the pump's shut-off pressure to prevent burst pipes at the wellhead.
Electrical Protection: A standard control box (for single-phase models) with a built-in capacitor and thermal overload switch is required. For 3-phase models, a dedicated starter panel with thermal overload protection is essential.
System Monitoring: It is recommended to install a non-return valve (check valve) just above the discharge to prevent backflow and "water hammer" effects, which can damage the pump impeller over time.
Installation Requirements: Use a high-quality safety rope to secure the pump in the well. Ensure all cable connections are made using a professional-grade waterproof heat-shrink or resin-filled kit to prevent electrical shorts.
