Key Applications
Residential Water Systems: Highly suitable for deep-well water extraction to support household supply, villa irrigation, and domestic pressure boosting.
Small-Scale Agricultural/Greenhouse Irrigation: Efficient for low-flow, high-pressure irrigation needs where consistent delivery is required for specific crops or drip-irrigation networks.
Landscaping & Garden Sprinklers: Reliable for powering medium-sized garden sprinkler systems that require a constant pressure head.
Small Commercial Utility: Ideal for local businesses or small-scale industrial setups requiring reliable water access from moderate-to-deep groundwater sources.
Installation and Use Notes
Piping: Use high-quality 1 1/4-inch diameter piping rated to handle the pump’s shut-off pressure to ensure safety and prevent potential pipe failure under high-head conditions.
Electrical Protection: For single-phase units, use a high-quality control box with the correct starting capacitor and a thermal overload relay. For 3-phase units, use a professional 3-phase starter panel with dry-run protection to safeguard the 2 HP motor.
Backflow Prevention: Installation of a brass or stainless steel non-return valve (check valve) just above the discharge port is strongly recommended to eliminate backflow and protect the motor from hydraulic shock.
Installation Requirements: Use a high-tensile safety rope to suspend the pump in the well. All submersible electrical cable splices must be executed with a professional-grade, heat-shrinkable or resin-filled jointing kit to ensure long-term, moisture-proof integrity.
